Dinala na ni House Secretary General Cheloy Velicaria-Garafil sa Office of Speaker Faustino “Bojie” Dy III ang dalawang impeachment complaints laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte.
Sinabi ni Garafil na dinala niya ang mga dokumento kahapon ng hapon matapos na makumpleto ng kanyang tanggapan ang receipt at verification sa mga reklamo at mga endorsements.
Ang unang impeachment complaint ay inihain ng mga miyembro ng Makabayan Coalition at inindorso nina
ACT Teachers party-list Rep. Antonio Tinio, Gabriela Women’s Party Rep. Sarah Jane Elago, at Kabataan party-list Rep. Renee Louise Co.
Ang ikalawang reklamo ay inindorso nina Mamamayang Liberal Party-list Rep. Leila de Lima at Akbayan Party-list Rep. Perci Cendaña.
Kaugnay nito, sinabi ni Bicol Saro Party-list Rep. Terry Ridon, House public accounts committee chairperson and justice committee member, ang transmitted impeachment complaints ay inaasahan na maisasama sa Order of Business ng plenaryo sa February 9, 2026.
