Iginawad ng Department of Agriculture (DA) at ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Isabela (PGI) sa Echague, Isabela ang mga subproject sa ilalim ng Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) sa iba’t ibang asosasyon at kooperatiba ng Isabela.
Ang Investment for Rural Enterprise for Agriculture and Fisheries Productivity (I-REAP) component ng PRDP ay pinakinabangan ng San Agustin Dairy Cooperative (SADACO), Mallig Dairy Multi-purpose Cooperative (MADAMCO), San Mateo Multi-purpose Cooperative (SMMPC), Cabatuan Savings at Development Cooperative(CASADECO), Ramcor Farmers Multi-purpose Cooperative (RAMFARMCO), at Wigan Settlers Multi-purpose Cooperative (WSMPC).
Samantala, ang mga benepisyaryo ng Intensified Building Up of Infrastructure and Logistics for Development (I-BUILD) component ay ang Isabela Seed Growers Multi-purpose Cooperative (ISGMPC), Payoga-Kapatagan Multi-purpose Cooperative, LGU Echague, LGU Roxas, at LGU Mallig .
Pinasinayaan din ng DA at PGI ang Pineapple Production & Marketing Enterprise Facilities sa Barangay Magleticia sa munisipalidad ng Echague.
Ang Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) ay isang anim na taong pambansang proyekto sa ilalim ng Department of Agriculture (DA) na naglalayong magtatag ng moderno, value chain-oriented, at climate-resilient agriculture and fisheries sector.
Ang naturang proyekto nagbibigay ng mga pangunahing imprastraktura, pasilidad, teknolohiya, at impormasyon upang mapataas ang kita, produksiyon, at maging competitive sa mga target na lugar.
