Ibinahagi ng Philippine National Police (PNP) ang listahanng ipinagbabawal na firecrackers at pyrotechnic devices (FCPD).
Sa press briefing, iprinisinta ni Firearms and Explosives Office (FEO) chief Police Colonel Rex Buyucan ang mga sumusunod na FCPDs.

Ayon sa FEO, ipinagbabawal din ang FCPDs kung overweight ang mgaito na naglalaman ng mahigit 1/3 teaspoon o mahigit 0.2 gram ng explosive content.
Ipinagbabawal din ang malalaking FCPDs, at kung ang mga paputok ay naglalaman ng mixed chemicals ng sulfur o phosphorous nas may chlorates.
Ipinunto ng FEO na ang Class 1, 2, at 3 FCPDs ay pwede sa general public subalit ang Class 4 ay dapat na ibenta lamang sa licensed pyrotechnicians at fireworks display operators.
