Ipinag-utos ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. ang reorganization ng Inter-Agency Task Force on Zero Hunger.
Nilikha ang task force noong 2020 na naglalayong matiyak na coordinated, responsive at epektibo ang government policies, initiatives, at mga proyekto sa pag-abot sa zero hunger.
Itinalaga ni Marcos ang kalihim ng Department of Social Welfare and Development bilang chairperson ng task force, kasama ang executive director ng National Nutrition Council bilang co-chairperson.
Ang kalihim naman ng Department of Agriculture ang itinalaga na vice chairperson ng task force.
