Ito’y matapos ang pahayag ni suspended Sergeant-at-Arms Mao Aplasca na“spliced” o pinagdugtong-dugtong umano ang mga video footage.
Ayon kay Palace Press Officer Undersecretary Claire Castro, ang footage na inilabas sa media briefing ng Presidential Communications Office (PCO) ay galing mismo sa Senado.
Sinabi rin ni Castro na anumang karagdagang ebidensya ay maaari nang suriin ng Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), at Office of the Ombudsman upang mabuo ang buong katotohanan sa insidente.
