Hindi na ihaharap ng House prosecution panel sina Office of the Vice President chief of staff Atty. Zuleika Lopez at House Legislative Security Bureau Executive Director Capt. Belinda Bello bilang mga testigo sa impeachment trial ni Vice President Sara Duterte.
Ayon kay private prosecutor Lorna Kapunan, sapat na ang mga naiprisintang testimonya nina NBI Senior Agent John Mark Calilung at NBI-BARMM Regional Director Atty. Jeremy Lotoc, kasama ang kabuuang 64 documentary evidence at mga paglilinaw ng senator-judges.
Dahil dito, sinabi ng prosekusyon na magiging paulit-ulit at hindi na kinakailangan ang pagharap nina Lopez at Bello sa impeachment court.
