Kinuwestiyon ni House prosecutor at Bicol Saro Party-list Rep. Terry Ridon ang pakikipagpulong ng ilang opisyal ng Office of the Vice President (OVP) at Department of Education (DepEd) sa Commission on Audit (COA) kaugnay ng requirements sa confidential funds.
Ito ay matapos tumestigo si COA auditor Roderick Wamil na humiling umano sina OVP Chief of Staff Atty. Zuleika Lopez at dating DepEd Chief of Staff at Spokesperson Atty. Michael Poa na audit query na lamang ang ibigay sa halip na audit observation memorandum (AOM) kung may magiging findings.
Ayon kay Ridon, hindi nararapat ang naturang pagpupulong at maituturing itong pagtatangkang impluwensyahan ang COA.
